Harlow branch absolutely useless. Didn’t do my mot properly used up over a quarter of a tank because their crap machine kept cutting out. Couldn’t give me a price for fixing the car, they said can’t give me a price till the work was done so it could’ve been anything and if I couldn’t afford it too bad.And the guy with long hair should t be anywhere near customers he is beyond thick, he was totally unhelpful on the phone looked like he was stoned in the shop, just a pointless person yet he’s dealing with customers. Will not be using them again. Very disappointing avoid!!!

Had two new tyres fitted after being advised they were needed. Manager took size and advised they would ring when in stock. Nothing heard for two days so called in and told they were waiting for me to turn up. Fitted and paid but soon realised that they where too big and caught on the wheel arch. The fitted 255 not 225 size. Told that I had ordered the wrong size but pointed out the manager ordered them! Then told I need front and rear tracking. I heard three other customers all told the same. Declined this and took car another tyre dealer and guess what. No adjustment required. What conclusion do you draw from this?

Not only probably the cheapest tyres in town, but cant beat the friendly staff and professional service.

Always go to this company, I had been booking through black circle but they are more expensive than going direct. Always polite and helpful

Took my car to FormulaOne Autocentre in Corby for a replacement of front tyres, there was an issue with the balancing of new tyres due to imperfect rim hub the steering wheel was vibrating at 70mph but James (site manager) has provided me always help to try and solve the problem took the car in a second time which upon discussing alternative solutions for the issue a "precision balance" was offered to try solve the vibration caused on the steering and voilà smooth ride once more! Excellent customer service and very professional work done. Happy customer here.

I have upgraded this review from a 1 Star to a 4 Star. I had an issue where work was not completed in agreed timescale. They quickly made contact and apologised. This was followed by a call from the branch manager who explained what went wrong and what was being done to correct their operational issue. The work has now been carried out to the usual high standards. I'm sure I'll be back next year.

I had booked Master service for my car Audi A4 with their Brentwood centre today 06/03/2021 even after having not so good experience in 2017 with them. In their Master service list, they supposed to replace the engine oil but they were charging for it. So instead of £180 for master service they were charging £255 so I told them I have spare engine oil of about 2 ltr that can be replaced. But then they asked me to bring the full engine oil that is more than 6 ltr. Then one of the guy at the centre told me they could have done this with extra £20, I said Ok then do this but then they refused replacing the engine oil even I agreed to pay £20 more. I then handover my spare engine oil to put into car. I paid £238.50 extra £58.50 for changing 3 bulbs but they charged labour cost of removal and fitting of all bulbs which actually should have been done as part of service plus the cost of bulbs.When I drove off just a few meters I have been to, the dashboard indicated about engine oil pressure that led me to suspicion they may not have put all of engine oil into my car that I gave them. I immediately then had to buy 1 ltr engine oil from nearby Tesco express. The experience with them has been very bad. I wouldn't consider them again for any kind of car service in future and would never recommend anyone.---------------I have filled the form for f1 customer service and awaiting their reply.---------------Further update:I have replied to the email sent by support team on behalf their regional manager. Now awaiting their response.----------------Further update:I have got response back from their regional manager and I replied back to them. Now awaiting their response.

Easy to book. Would have preferred to see test centre details before payment screen.

Worst customer service ever stay clear of these cowboys. Had four tryes fitted end of October after originally booking me into a different centre that couldnt even fit my van in there workshop . So after a week of waiting for another appointment at a different centre eventually got them done . My van has alloy wheels with locking nuts so after they finished the tool for undoing them was left on my seat for me . I put it in the cup holder and thought no more of it till weeks later when i cleaned van out and went to put it in glove box were i noticed the locking nut tool was snapped inside . I tried to put it on one of the wheel nuts and it wouldnt fit they blatantly used a air gun on it which you should never do . So i went back to st albans centre and tried to speak to manager who started off by saying they would never of broken it and it would only of broken when it was used to undo the nuts so i asked him if that was the case how did they do them up after changing tryes his response was that he wasnt interested . I phoned there helpline and spoke to Emily a really helpful lady who said she would pass it to area manager weeks go by and i get a short response from him saying as it had been weeks since i noticed it was broken they weren't interested obviously a pal of the branch manager !! I didnt realise you had to check it after they used it who would dream you had to ? . Looking on here they obviously have a big problem with there fitters doing the same to other vehicles and dont care . Wont be using these cowboys and you should look elsewhere . Rude and arrogant staff ?

I found the tyres I needed in a really good price and the whole booking went really well until the appointment day! After 10’ in the waiting room I was told that only one tyre was delivered out of the two I had ordered and payed for online!!!! The garage people really tried to find the extra tyre (that is the only reason I am giving two stars, to support the garage only), but they were told that f1 don’t supply those tyres any more!Why did the tyres show as “in stock” on their site at first place and why the online process went through while there was no stock?To cut a long story short I am now waiting for a refund and go and check elsewhere to buy my tyres!
